In 1997, Karim Mousli embarked on a journey as a consultant with TSO, a railway installation company. At the time, TSO lacked a computer infrastructure, prompting Karim to establish the IT department from scratch. This included setting up the data room and communication systems with each base where the railroad was being installed, as well as implementing satellite communication with a mobile office on rail.

From these humble beginnings, Karim's company, V-Tec, grew into a consulting firm that collaborated with the French Ministry of Defense and other railroad track-laying companies. As the client base expanded and projects multiplied, the need for a more comprehensive entity became evident, leading to the creation of Ymflow in Bulgaria. Our first clients in this new venture were Thales Railroad and Siemens Mobility. Due to confidentiality constraints, we cannot list all our clients, but this glimpse into our history highlights our growth and evolution.

  • 1997: V-Tec Consulting

In 2024, we introduced a new concept through Ymflow Investment Singapore: Global Project Design. This initiative encompasses financing, security, and intricate infrastructure details, with a strong preference for green energy projects. At Ymflow, we bring your dreams to life—you dream the project, and we make it a reality.

 

•    1997-2008: Founding of V-Tec Consulting by Karim Mousli. During this period, V-Tec Consulting worked with prominent clients such as TSO (tso.fr) and Vecchietti (now part of COLAS Rail). Key projects included the automation and telecommunication systems for headquarters and work bases involved in significant railway installations. Notable projects during this time were:

•    TGV Méditerranée
•    Orléans Tramway
•    Lespar (Médoc, Bordeaux)
•    Railway Track to Spain
•    2017: Establishment of Ymflow Bulgaria, marking a significant expansion and evolution of the company. Ymflow Bulgaria quickly attracted notable clients like Thales Railroad, further solidifying its reputation in the industry.
•    2018: Collaboration with Thales Railroad on various projects, continuing to build expertise in railway telecommunications and infrastructure.
•    2019: Partnership with Siemens Railroad (RER E) for design and security projects, showcasing Ymflow's capabilities in delivering comprehensive solutions for complex railway system
